Impactwear International combines specialists in impact protection technology with experts in hip protection and the wider healthcare space.  With a commitment to producing high quality hip protection garments to help reduce fall related injuries, Impactwear is passionately focused on growing a global healthcare business. 

Natasha Williams, CEO & Founder

Natasha had a vision for creating a high performing hip protection product to help prevent hip fractures. Starting in 2008 with an initial focus on the NZ market, Natasha quickly recognized the need to focus on the US. In 2009 Natasha started travelling to the US, attending conferences, including presenting at some of the largest medical technology events.

In 2014 she was the co-author of a clinical paper summary presented at the International Symposium of Osteoporosis and published in International Osteoporosis Journal.

Natasha has been actively involved in a number of US healthcare groups, with a focus on those who are at risk of injury due to their advanced age or medical condition.

She was invited in 2014 to join the National Osteoporosis Foundation Corporate Advisory Roundtable and in 2017 to join their National Leadership Team as a US Ambassador.

In 2018, Natasha was granted an O-1 Visa for the US, awarded to people who demonstrate extraordinary ability in their field. This has enabled Natasha to relocate to the US, moving to Dallas, TX.

Sherrain Myles, National Sales Manager

Sherrain has over 15 years' experience in senior healthcare, working in home health, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing and hospice.  She has extensive experience working with families and their loved ones at all care levels.

Sherrain is an exceptional senior living professional with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels from the C-suite to the community caregivers. Her training and implementation capabilities have contributed significantly to successful customer relationships.

She has worked with Natasha since January 2017 and has developed strong relationships with a large number of senior care communities – both existing customers and future organizations


Michael Cook - Strategic Healthcare Advisor

Michael Cook has more than 38 years experience representing a wide variety of health care related clients in regulatory, compliance, reimbursement and business matters. This experience includes managing the health care practices in the Washington, DC offices of several large national law firms. Additionally, Michael began his career representing the Federal regulators of the Medicare and Medicaid programs as an attorney with the Office of General Counsel of the United States Department of Health and Human Services – often on significant matters of the highest profile and sensitivity.

Michael also has extensive experience and contact in the senior living industry having worked in the industry over many years. Additionally, he has significant knowledge of health care policy, including evolving payment and coverage policies, as they relate to the areas where the product fits into the healthcare system today and in the future. He has previously served on the Long Term Care Work Group of a Governor’s Health Care Reform Commission and on the health care transition teams of several Governors-Elect of Virginia, and currently serves on the Board that advises the Department that runs Virginia’s Medicaid program.
